Back to the Bible Canada aims to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. In the event that your order is incorrect, damaged, defective, or simply not to your satisfaction, please contact one of our Constituent Service Representatives by phone at 1-800-663-2425 or by email at: orders@backtothebible.ca
A service representative will be available to assist you from:
- Monday to Friday from 8:00 am – 4:00 pm PST
To expedite your service: Please be prepared to provide your order number, shipping address and the name on the order when contacting us by phone or email.
Our constituent service representative will facilitate the return, replacement and if applicable refund.
Digital Downloads
All electronic software download purchases are final and cannot be returned. If you have any questions regarding this policy, please contact our Constituent Services Team at:

Restrictions
Most items available for purchase on the Back to the Bible Canada Store are refundable; however, the following restrictions apply:
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable; however, in the event that we made an error in processing your order, or if the product is damaged or defective, we will be happy to replace the item at no cost to the purchaser.
All refunds will be processed back to the payment method used to make the purchase.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, but Back to the Bible Canada will make every effort to ensure all items ordered arrive in the proper condition. Arrangements will be made to replace any items damaged during shipping.
